
We are excited to announce that we are beginning registration for the 2025 Rendezvous Flea Market sponsored by the Prairie du Chien Fire Association! This year’s event will be held on Father’s Day Weekend.

Vendors who participated in the 2024 Rendezvous Flea Market who would like to request the same space in 2025 must register by APR 1, 2025 . We will make our best effort to accommodate these requests. However, due to the changing nature of the event and the grounds, we can’t guarantee that the same spaces will be available. All other registrations must be received by June 1, 2025. Additional registrations will be accepted in person during the check-in times listed below, space permitting. All other space assignments will be made on a “first come, first serve. All other space assignments will be made on a “first come, first serve” basis. Confirmed spaces may be subject to change.
We will not assign spaces to anyone until we receive FULL payment.
CAMPING:
Camping is allowed on St. Feriole Island within your space during the Rendezvous Flea Market. You can also purchase a spot from the Big River Long Rifles on the North end of the island. Cost is $45 from Thursday-Sunday. Contact them at brlrendv@gmail.com
CHECK-IN:
ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO CHECK-IN PRIOR TO SETTING UP IN THEIR SPOT. If you set up prior to checking in, you may be asked to leave our event (no refund). The location for check-in is located on St. Feriole Island at the new Fire Department shelter on Villa Louis Street. Check-in times are as follows.
Early Check In: Wednesday, June 11th 6pm-8pm This is only for people that are prepaid and preregistered ($10 additional fee for early check in)
Thursday, June 12th 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Friday, June 13th 8:00 a.m. to noon. (no check in/set up allowed after Friday at noon.)

This event goes until 3PM on Sunday. If you leave your site early, you may be asked not to return the following year. This is out of respect to other vendors and people coming to our event.
- Call the Fire Department leave a message @ (608) 379-4551 ~ messages will be returned as soon as possible, however we are a volunteer organization therefore please have patience.
- Write us a letter to the address shown above, we are a volunteer organization therefore please have patience.
- All vendors are required to Check-In with a Fire Association volunteer prior to parking, setting up, or camping on their assigned space.
- Vendors may camp in their designated space during the days of the event subject to the following:
- No generator use after 10:00 p.m. or prior to 6:00 a.m. Please limit generator use as necessary to be courteous to your neighbors & generator must be in good working order.
- Vendor garbage is to be placed in dumpsters in designated areas. (see map at registration) Please do not place garbage in cans throughout the flea market as these are intended for your customers.
- Water and electricity is not provided to vendor spaces for camping.
- All vendors must have a NFPA compliant fire extinguisher readily accessible in the event of a fire.
- Selling of animals IS NOT permitted.
- Vendors may not allow their customers to drive into sales area during event hours.
- Vehicles may not come in and out of the flea market area during the event. There will be a designated parking area for vehicles that need to come and go throughout the weekend.
- Absolutely NO fire pits/rings are allowed in the flea market area.
- Ice must be purchased from PDC Fire Association at the event or purchased prior to coming to the event.
- No buffalo burger or alcohol sales are allowed. No food/beverage sales unless you are registered as a food vendor.
- No electricity is available for flea market vendors.
- All pets must be on leash at all times and pet owners must clean up after any pet messes.
- All vendors must have their space vacated and cleaned up no later than 8am on June 15th, 2025.
